Seymour Community School Library

Welcome to the Seymour Community School Library website. Our school libraries promote literacy and support the school curriculum while providing patrons with information and resources that encourage reading for pleasure and development of good research skills.

The Elementary Library serves students Pk-6th Grade and the Junior/Senior High Library serves students 7-12.  Both libraries operate on the Follett automated software system.  The card catalog is automated at both libraries and available to all students throughout the school and community via the internet by accessing WebOPAC [Online Public Access Catalog].

The Junior/Senior High Library Media Center at Seymour Community School consists of 7100 collection items available to students.  The Elementary Library Media Center provides 8,000 titles.  Accelerated Reader books are labeled for easy access.

Seymour Community School libraries are open daily 8:00 to 4:00.
